Instructional Designing
Instructional Designing is the art
and science of designing instructions for the trainer or about training method.
It involves analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating the
specific task or problem.
Instructional designers act as a
bridge between academicians and trainer or teacher suggesting them on
methodologies to be followed to train a specific audience on a specific subject.
